　　EXPOSITION RANGE 

　　Raw materials for food industry,food addiitive,food mechanics,cold chain storage and transportation for food equipment,food achievements in scientific research,food process technology for environment-protecting and energy-saving,food container and package,aquatic products,creaturely food, meat products, dairy products, drinks,wine, condiments, candies and pastries, excellent agricultural products, ancient flavor food, Islamic food, tobacco, airline food,traveling food,tea products and international food and so on. 

　　参展费用及配置   

　　1、3m×3m国际标准展位；国内企业4800元（￥）/个，国外企业1250美元（$）/个（双面开口加收10%）。 

　　2、光地：500元（￥）/平方米（36平方米起租，不含特装管理费），设计方案须提前20天交组委会审核，光地展位设计限高5米。 

　　3、展台配置：一张洽谈桌、两把椅子、3m×3m地毯、两盏射灯、一个电源插座（5A）、公司楣板（参展单位中文名称）和三面展板。 

　　BOOTH FEE 

　　1.Standard Booth (3m×3m): Inland Enterprise 4800 RMB per one, Foreign Enterprise  1250 dollars per one (additional 10% of fees are required for an exhibition location with double openings) 

　　2.Booth Raw Space: 500 RMB/square meter and rentable above 36 aquare meter (excluding special design management fee).The design proposal is supposed to be sumbmitted to the organization committee one month in advance for verification.The design height of the exhibition location shall be less than 5 meters. 

　　3.Booth Disposition: a negotiation desk,two chairs, 3m×3m blanket,two shot-lights,one power socket (5A),a piece of billboard painted with our your company name (Chinese and name of the exposition-attendance unites) and three pieces of surrounding boards. 

　　参展要求 

　　1、参展单位必须持有合法有效的卫生许可证、营业执照、食品生产许可证，并向组委会提供以上证件的复印件。 

　　2、向组委会提供详细的参展产品名录。 

　　EXPOSITION REQUIREMENTS 

　　1.Exhibiters must have the legal and valid sanitation certification,business license,food production license,and they should provide the copies of above certification to the organization committee. 

　　2.Exhibiters should also provide detailed registers of showpieces to the organazation committee. 

　　参展程序及行程   

　　1、申请单位认真填写《参展登记表》并加盖公章邮寄或传真至组委会办公室； 

　　2、申请单位在展位签定一周内将参展费用汇至组委会指定帐户，请将银行汇款底单传真到组委会办公室； 

　　3、展位分配原则：“先申请，先付款，先安排”； 

　　4、组委会在收到展位费后，将于十日后寄出参展细则。 

　　EXHIBITION PROCESS 

　　1.the applicant should carefully fill Exhibition Registration Form,which should be posted or fated to the office organization office after being sealed with official stamp. 

　　2.The applicant should remit the exhibition charges to the account number designared by the organization committee within week before signing the exhibition contract. 

　　3.The principe of distributing exhibition stands:“those who firstly apply and make the payment will be arranged firstly”; 

　　4.The organization committee will post detailed rules of exhibition within 10 days after obtaining the exhibition charges.
